A leading manufacturer of centrifugal pumps in Naval and Industrial markets has a Finished Parts position available. Candidates will learn the paint, hydro-test, crate, shipping, and receiving processes.  We are looking for qualified candidates to fill these positions in a dynamic high mix/low volume, lean manufacturing environment.

The successful candidates must be comfortable working with hand saws, drills, measuring tools, and a computer. Previous experience industrial painting is helpful, but not required. The ideal candidates will have excellent math skills, a strong work ethic, and effective communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Hourly wage starting at $19.19-$27.68/hr plus monthly bonus and annual profit sharing. Candidates must be available to work 2nd shift following training on 1st shift. Additional $1.25/hr plus 4 hours off monthly for working a night shift.
