Amine treating and recirculation

Multistage pumps for natural gas processing applications.

Amine gas treating often referred to as “sweetening the gas” is a common process in refineries, petrochemical plants, and natural gas processing plants.  The ‘sour’ gas captured and scrubbed with lean amine removing hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and carbon dioxide (CO2), making it suitable for injection into the pipelines.

With the RS, we can use fewer stages and still achieve the same amount of total head required, giving us a smaller footprint. The interstage diffusers minimize radical loads, for longer seal and bearing life, while carefully controlling fluid flow, for smooth and quiet operation.
