E-coat systems

Vertical, cantilevered pumps for automotive and general manufacturing applications.

The electrocoating process is a painting method widely used by manufacturing plants to as an alternative to spray painting or powder coating. The E-coating process applies an electrical current to a water based solution to condense paint to part surfaces. E-coating maximizes surface coverage – wherever the solution can reach, paint will condense. Many complex, or multi-faceted parts are electro-coated to ensure the part has a uniform finish. Additionally, the electrocoating process offers significant environmental harm reductions when compared to traditional spray systems.
