NOx water transfer

Heavy and medium duty end suction and multistage pumps for power generation applications.

Thermal power plants burn fossil fuels to turn large power-producing turbines. While thermal power plants are a traditional method of power generation, they are also a high emissions operation. NOx is formed from the reaction of nitrogen and oxygen during high-temperature combustion used to power the turbines. Higher combustion flame temperatures cause higher NOx emissions. Water injection systems can be utilized to decrease the flame temperature inside combustion chambers.
